Driving Directions:
From I-5 South:
Take the Kincaid Street Exit (Exit 226).
From the exit ramp, turn west (left) towards downtown Mount Vernon.
Turn right at the first light (Third Street), wrapping around the edge of downtown Mount Vernon to SR 536.
Cross the Skagit River Bridge and travel west through West Mount Vernon for approximately 2 miles.
NWREC is on the left (south side of highway), 1/3 mile past the Avon Allen Road / SR 536 intersection.
From I-5 North:
Take the Hwy 20 exit in Burlington, and travel towards Anacortes.
Go west about 3 miles.
Turn left at the stop light onto Avon Allen Road.
Continue about 2 miles until the SR 536 intersection.
Turn right at the stoplight onto SR 536.
NWREC is on the left (south side of highway), 1/3 mile past the Avon Allen Road / SR 536 intersection.
